National literacy club celebration at Govt sen sec school Sakri


               

National literacy club


The Government Senior Secondary School Sakri celebrated a function " National Literacy Club " ahead of Lok Sabha election in its School campus as directed by Election Commissions of India , This function  was celebrated in the 1st week of January 2019.  


This function was  organised under the guidance of  Lecturer in political science Mrs Bandana Rana .The following activities were done in the school.


Role of electoral literacy club


An Electoral Literacy Club is a platform to engage school students through interesting activities and hands-on experience to sensitise them on their electoral rights and familiarise them with the electoral process of registration and voting. (Electoral Literacy Club ) ELCs are also present in colleges and rural communities. 




At Electoral Literacy Club learning meets fun. Activities and Games are designed to stimulate and motivate students provoking them to think and ask questions. Through ELC, Election Commission of India, aims at strengthening the culture of electoral participation among young and future voters.

Following will be the member of electoral literacy club 

School  : students of   class 9th to + 2 , age 14 to 17 years 
 College : Students of 18 to 21 year 
Rural   communities  (Chunav Pathshala ) all members of the village

The role of the club will also include making students understand the constitutional, legislative and legal provisions, technological innovation, and role of the Election Commission, courts, media and other stakeholders in the poll process.


Taking Oath 


All the students and teachers of Government Senior Secondary School Sakri took oath  to cast their votes considering candidate' elegibielig and and social service and ignoring candidate's cast, creed , religion  and region and bribe  


.  The Oath was read by the student Pankaj Katoch of + 2 class.
Then  principal of the school Mr Sanjay Bhardwaj told the students about the importance of democracy and each voat  for forming democatic  government for the people, by the people and  to the people .

And then all the students  were distributed fruits to celebrate this occasion .

 Today on 12th june 2019 the staff of Government Senior Secondary School Sakri Teh Baijnath Distt Kangra       has   organised farewell to its Ex colleagues Principal Shri Sanjay Bhardwaj and Lecturer in Economics Sri Santosh Kumar during lunch time.

Both Shri Sanjay Bhardwaj Principal and  Lecturer Sri Santosh Kumar were relieved of from this institution on 1st April 2019 to their respective Schools Government Senior Secondary School Pathiar Teh Palampur  and Government Senior Secondary School Kandi  Teh Palampur  respectively.

Shri Sanjay Bhardwaj  Principal has served this institution for more than  four years while Shri Santosh Kumar lecturer in Economics has served this institution for almost five  months.
Sh  Sanjay Bhardwaj had joined this institution on 5th March 2015  while Shri Santosh Kumar joined this institution on 4th of the December 2018 .

The Principal of Government Senior Secondary School Sakri Sh Sanjeev Kumar presented a token of love to Ex Principal of the school and Ex Lecturer of this school on the behalf of staff members of this school .

In his farewell address Sh Sanjay Bhardwaj shared the golden moments spent with his colleagues that he had a wonderful and Golden period in this school . Sh  Sanjay Kumar has served this institution twice , once as TGT non medical and second time as a principal

Sh Sanjay Kumar also  told that he is going to be retired on the February 28th , 2020, While Sh Santosh Kumar said that all the staff members of this school are very cooperative and caring .Sh  Santosh Kumar  has joined the department of higher education in year 2010 from Lahol Spiti distt of Himachal  Pradesh as Post Graduate Teacher PGT In Economics .

14th June 2019 
In this week   Lecturer in Mathematics of the School has been transferred to Govt sen sec School Lanoud  at KANDRAL Teh  Baijnath Distt Kangra  .He completed his tenure of almost Three years In this School. He has  been in the department of Higher Education since 1998 .In place of Shri Rajesh Kumar Dhiman , Mr Arun Kumar Nag has joined in this School . Mr Arun Kumar  has joined  in school after his  transfer  from Govt  Senior Secondary School Lanoud at Kandral. Mr Arun Kumar has been serving this department of higher education since 2004 as lecturer in maths

Inter house competition at GSSS SAKRI


Bag Free day celebration

As per the directions of Govt of Himachal Pradesh on the occasion of 4th Saturday Bag free day inter house competition between the different houses of Government Senior Secondary School Sakri was organised in the campus of Govt sen sec school Sakri Teh Baijnath Distt  kangra H P .None of the students has brought it's bag for the purpose of study.

  In the morning session from 9 30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the campus beautification and cleanliness  were done.

Inter house volleyball competition


In the morning session at 10 a. m. 1st volleyball  match between House Yamuna and  house Ravi was was played. This match was won by House Yamuna. Then 2nd second match between house Ganga and Vyas was played and this  match was won by house Ganga.


After that final match between house Ganga and house Yamuna was played and this final match was won by House Ganga.

And in the evening session after recess at  1 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., inter house group song competition was organised. the theme of this Inter house group song  competition  was patriotic songs.

Very first performance was from Ganga house. Gangs house sung a patriot song " Dharti Sunehri  Amber neela " Then Yamuna house gave a very nice presentation followed by Ravi house. And concluding song was from Vyas house .

The Judges of the Inter house Group song competition were Sh Jagdev Rana And Sh Padam Singh . Both the judges said performance of  all the four teams was very good and almost equal to each other . But we had to select two best teams .



The Ravi house was given 1st prise followed by Vyas house ,who got second Position in this Inter house Group song competition.

Rehearsal of Youth parliament


At 2 pm the rehearsal of youth parliament was organised . The zonal level youth parliament competition shall be organised at Govt Sen Sec School Sansai Teh Baijnath of  distt kangra H P on dated 29th May 2019.

1st of all youth Member of Parliament took pledge ,then Many questions were asked by  opposition's youth membrs of Parliament . Ruling youth parliamentarian responded their very beautifully .
The questions asked by members of youth parliaments were on different topics such as education,unemployment, health scheme, prices rise of essential commodities etc .

General house of S M C of Government senior secondary school sakri

GENERAL HOUSE OF SMC

Today on  dated 4th May 2019, general  house meeting of the (S M C ) school Management Committee of Government Senior Secondary School Sakri distt  kangra HP was  held  in school  campus.
The meeting  was presided over by  SMC president Sh Vijay Katoch in the presence of  Principal  Sh Sanjeev Kumar and Vice President of Gram Panchayat Sakri Sh Naresh Kumar.

SMC president Sh Vijaya Katoch,  Principal of the school Shri Sanjay Kumar and Vice President of the gram panchayat Sh Naresh Kumar  also addressed the meeting.  Both Sh Vijay Katoch  and Sh Naresh Kumar  extended their support  and faith in present   SMC and promised  to  help from   panchayat level.

Although Most of the parent of children in s m c meeting of gsss sakri were are mothers-of- students of this school. They are very aware about study and future of their children.

MONIKA ,ATUL AND KARAN AMONG TOP SCORER in+2 Class ,Very good Performance of this school


Today on dated 22nd april 2019 Himachal Pradesh Board of school Education dharamshala  declared the result of +2 class for the session 2018-19.
The exam of plus two class of this school concluded  on dated 25th March 2019. In the above said exam 54 students of this school appeared for he senior secondary examination. Out of which 42 students have got clear cut success in this exam ,6 students faced compartment in different subjects but unfortunately  6 students could not clear this exam.


Streams wise Result


In Science stream 15 students appeared  for the exam , only one  student could not pass the exam and Monika with 437 marks topped the Science stream. 

In Arts stream 24 students appeared  for the exam and 21 students passed the exam and Karan Singh with 401 marks topped the arts stream.

In commerce  stream 15 students appeared  for the exam and 13 students passed the exam and TAMANNA with 369 marks topped the commerce  stream.

Three students of this  school scored more than 400 marks in this exam.
Monika scored. 437 marks out of 500
And Atul Bhatia scored 414 marks out of 500 marks while Karan Singh scored 401/500.

Polythene Eradication rally by the students of Gsss Sakri


Today on dated 20th April 2019 the students and teachers of Govt sen sec school Sakri teh Baijnath distt Kangra H P  organised  a rally to spread awareness in society regarding demerits of Use of polythene.

The rally was organised under the chairmanship of Principal Mr Sanjeev Kumar and under the guidance of NSS Programme Officers Mr Vishal Chauhan Lect in Physics and  Mrs Neelam Katoch Lect in English .

The rally was organised between the campus of Govt sen sec school Sakri and Bharari village . Principal and all the teachers were present in the rally.

The Principal Mr Sanjeev Kumar addressed the students before the start of the  rally. He also told the students about the need of eradication of polythene and aftermaths of use of polythene.

The rally was also accompanied by Mahila Mandals of Sakri and Baba Kathak. The punchayat Pradhan and punchayat secretary of Sakri were also present in this occasion.

Before the start of the rally the student of plus two class Anchal  Rana delivered a speech about eradication of polythene.

After the conclusion of rally  all the students were distributed sweets .All the students from class 6th to +2 including teachers enjoined the taste of sweet.

Free school uniform for the students from classes 6th to +2th. All the students are being given two sets of uniforms in a academic session .In an academic session each student is provided following apparels.

1 Each Set of uniform for boys of elementary and secondary contains one sky blue shirt and one grey trosure
2 Each Set of uniform for girls of elementary and secondary contains one  checked red and white shirt and one white Salwar (Lower).

Senior  Secondary

Free bus pass facility is available to the students of all the Govt School in H R T C from the route of students from their home to school in the morning time and in the evening time from school to home

 1  Vivekanan Medhavi chhatrabriti  fo meritorious students of  scheduled Tribes category students. Every student selected under this category is entitled for sum of Rs 10000 per annum.
2 Thakur Sain Negi Medhavi chhatrabriti for meritorious students of  scheduled Tribes category students. Every student selected under this category is entitled for sum of Rs 10000 per annum.
3 Balmiki Medhavi chhatrabriti for meritorious students of  scheduled castes  category students. Every student selected under this category is entitled for sum of Rs 10000 per annum.
4 In addition to this  all the students of B. P. L.  families  are entitled for scholarship of rs 500  to rs 800 per annum .

Superannuation ceremony of Smt Saroj Kumari O T

Superannuation ceremony of Smt Saroj Kumari

Today on dated 28th February 2019 , Smt Saroj Kumari O T of this retired from the education department after  serving this department for over 14 years . She had joined this department in 2004 .


Ealier on feb 14th 2019 Smt Saroj Kumari OT  organised a lunch for all the staff members and all the students of this school .




Smt Saroj Kumari O T of Govt Sen Sec School Sakri donated a sum of rs 3100/- to this school. She said that this sum of rs 3100/- is for   cultural and folk dance activities.

And a beautiful gift was given to Smt Saroj Kumari O T by her male colloquies.

 On this occasion the students of this school  performed  cultural activities such as folk dance ,folk songs and patriotic songs .

At last Smt Saroj Kumari retired teachers performed few steps of dance with her students .


On this occasion The Principal of the school Mr Sanjay Bhardwaj presented Memento to smt Saroj Kumari then  Kullu shawl was presented to smt Saroj Kumari by the Female staff members.




At last  all the staff members of Smt Saroj Kumari O T took lunch ( Kangri Dham ) with all the keith and kin of the outgoing teacher.

परीक्षा पर चर्चा कार्यक्रम देख कर परीक्षा के दबाब को कम करने का गुर सीखते हुए।

राजकीय वरिष्ठ  माध्यमिक पाठशाला  सकड़ी   में आज दिनांक 29 जनबरी 2019 को छात्र तथा अध्यापक प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ज़ी  का कार्यक्रम  "परीक्षा पर चर्चा"  देख कर परीक्षा के दबाब को कम करने का गुर सीखते हुए। यह कार्यक्रम सुबह  11 बजे से   1  बजे तक  सभी छात्रों ने अपने अध्यापकों  देखा , इस कार्यक्रम को देखने के लिए एक टीवी  सेट तथा एक प्रोजेक्टर का प्रयोग किया । बच्चों  ने पुरे  कार्यक्रम  चाब  से तथा बहुत ख़ुशी से देखा  ।


प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने परीक्षा   से जुडी बातों पर चर्चा की । उन्होंने देश भर  से आए छात्रों अभिभाबकों  से उनकी तथा उनके बच्चों की परीक्षा की तैयारी में आ रही समस्याओं के बारे में ओर  उनके निराकरण के बारे में चर्चा की ।

प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा  कही  गई कुछ बातें इस प्रकार हैं।


निशान चूक जाएं को माफ हो सकता हैं लेकिन निशान नीचा हो तो कोई  माफी नहीं , लक्ष्य ऐसा  होना चाहिए जो पहुंच में हो लेकिन पकड़ में न हो। जब हमारा लक्ष्य पकड़ में आएगा तो उसी से हमें नए लक्ष्य की प्रेरणा मिलेगी।

प्रधान मंत्री जी ने कहा कि लक्ष्य हमारे सामर्थ्य के साथ जुड़ा होना चाहिए। और अपने सपनों की ओर ले जाने वाला होना चाहिए।


खुले मेदान में खेलना ये जीवन का हिस्सा होना चाहिए और बच्चों को टेक्नोलोजी की सही दिशा में ले जाना चाहिए।

जो सफल लोग होते हैं, उन पर समय का दबाव नहीं होता है। ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि उन्होंने अपने समय की कीमत समय रहते समझी होती है।

Boys U 19 zonal level Tournament 2018-19

Boys U 19 Zonal Level Tournament


Boys U 19 zonal level tournament for the session 2018-19 were held at Govt Sen Sec School SAKRI w. e. f. 12 June 2018 to 15 June 2018.
         

The inauguration of the tournament was done by Sh Sansar Chand Rana  Ex Principal ( State Awardee ) on dated 12th June  while Chief Guest for closing ceremony was Sh Mulakh Ram Premi the M. L . A . of Baijnath Constituency on 14th June .

There were 24  teams from different schools who participated in this tournament. The honourable  M L A of Baijnath constituency  Sh MULKH RAJ PREMI  awarded the winning teams in all the sports with trophies . He also announced Rs 11000/- ( Eleven Thousand ) to the host  school for very good and mind blowing  performance of the  students of the school  in cultural  activities in concluding ceremony of the Zonal U 19 tournament .

2nd Terminal Exams





2nd Terms exams of Students of  Gsss Sakri are being conducted  w. e. f.   17/12/2018  to 23/12/2018

 These terminal examination are of  9th class ,10th  class ,+1 class and +2 class . The exam of elementary classes are conducted according to date prescribed by the department separately .

 Sh Santosh Kumar Lect in Economics  is the incharge for the smooth conduct of these terminal examination. He is the superintendent for these examination. 

 The timing of these examination is from 9:30 a m  to 12:30 pm.
